This Privacy Policy describes how Chain Interlynx, LLC ("ChainInterLynx," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile applications, including BB Score Keeper (collectively, the "Apps"), and the website at chaininterlynx.com (the "Site"). By using the Apps or the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Apps, we and our advertising partners may automatically collect:

• Location data — including coarse (approximate) location derived from your device. This is used to help deliver relevant advertising and for app functionality. In some cases location data is used to track you across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes (see Section 4).
• Device identifiers — including your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS) and other device-level IDs.
• Usage data — including how you interact with the App (screens viewed, taps, session length) and advertising data (which ads were shown, clicked, or interacted with).

1.2 Information You Provide

BB Score Keeper does not require you to create an account or submit personal information to use its core features. Game scores and similar in-app data are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

1.3 Information from the Site

If you contact us by email through the Site, we receive whatever information you choose to send us (such as your email address and the contents of your message). The Site itself does not set tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Apps and Site.
• To deliver and measure advertisements through third-party advertising partners.
• To diagnose technical problems and analyze usage trends.
• To respond to your inquiries and support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Legal Bases (EEA / UK Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information under the following legal bases: your consent (for personalized advertising and tracking), our legitimate interests (for analytics, security, and operating the Apps), and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time through your device's privacy settings or the in-app consent prompt where available.

4. Advertising and Third-Party Partners

Our Apps display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob. These partners may use device identifiers, location data, and usage data to deliver targeted advertising and to measure ad performance, including across other apps and websites you use.

You can also limit ad tracking on your device:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking — turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track."
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising — disable Personalized Ads.

5. Children's Privacy

BB Score Keeper carries a 4+ age rating and may be used by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) beyond the limited data described in Section 1, which is used in compliance with applicable children's privacy laws (including COPPA in the United States).

Where required, we configure our advertising partners to serve only non-personalized advertising to users believed to be children. Parents or guardians who believe we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent may contact us at the email below to request deletion.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Advertising partners as described in Section 4.
• Service providers who assist with hosting, analytics, or technical operations and who are bound to use the information only on our behalf.
• Legal and safety reasons — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising (California & other US state privacy laws).
• Withdraw consent for processing based on consent.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage, however, is 100% secure.

10. International Transfers

Chain Interlynx, LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Apps or Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our partners operate. By using the Apps or Site, you consent to such transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted within the Apps or on the Site as appropriate. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
